Solve "Printer is Offline" issue

Printer Offline Instructions

First ensure that your printer is plugged into the power, is powered on, and USB cable is connected to the correct port on the printer and computer (or network cable is connected to printer and jack on the wall if printer uses network connection.)

Click Windows icon on bottom left of desktop

Click Control Panel (or type “control panel” in the “Type here to search” box)

Click Hardware & Sound

Click Devices & Printers

________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Right Click your specific printer icon and click "See What’s Printing"

Click “Printer” on top left

________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Click “use printer offline” if there is a check mark next to it. This should remove the check mark and bring printer into online mode.
